Formation of the Fellowship of the Ring, er, the Rhyolite Partnership

A new group has been formed, called the "Rhyolite Partnership".  It is an umbrella group for all those who are interested in the welfare and future of Rhyolite.  Included are Friends of Rhyolite, Rhyolite Preservation Society, Beatty Museum & Historical Society, BLM, Beatty Habitat Committee, Nye County Commissioners, High Desert RC&D, Beatty General Improvement District, Beatty Chamber of Commerce, Death Valley Chamber of Commerce, Goldwell Open Air Museum and EDEN.  There may eventually be other participants as our plans evolve and they have something to contribute. This is a long term project!
